The location is convenient. The tram stops are close and take you to the central station in five minutes. I found the self-service check-in very easy. The breakfast had many options. It offered excellent variety and choice.
My room lacked a refrigerator and complimentary drinking water. There was also no visible reception contact number. This made it a bit inconvenient to address minor issues.

the room was excessively warm, and i found the lack of air conditioning problematic. opening the window provided minimal relief, and sleep proved difficult to achieve. i also noted the absence of basic toiletries beyond soap in the bathroom, which i consider a standard offering.

the hotel is close to public transport. it was easy to get around.. i appreciated the variety of restaurants and shops nearby. the check-in and check-out process was quick.
I found the room a bit cold. The heating didn't seem to work very well. there were also limited facilities, like no kettle in the room.

the breakfast had very broad selection. i found the tram stop was just in front of the hotel. the staff was nice enough, especially in the breakfast area, they kept everything stocked.
the area near the hotel felt a slight bit rough at night.
